Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 cups IRVINS salted egg chips, crushed into fine pieces
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken thigh into the flour mixture, then into the beaten egg, and then into the crushed IRVINS salted egg chips, making sure to coat it evenly.
  4. Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the chicken thighs into the pan, skin-side down.
  6. Fry the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious IRVINS salted egg chips coated fried chicken.

Salted Egg Noodle Wrap Recipe

Salted Egg Noodle Wrap Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of IRVINS x NISSIN Salted Egg Noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup IRVINS salted egg fish skin, crushed
  • ¼ tsp Soy Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Oyster Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce and tortilla wrap, for wrapping

Instructions:

  1. Cook the instant noodles according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant and softened.
  4. Add the red bell pepper and continue to sauté for a few more minutes, or until softened.
  5. Add the cooked chicken breast, shrimp, and IRVINS salted egg fish skin, and stir until heated through.
  6. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Saute all together with noodles.
  8. To assemble the noodle wraps, take a tortilla and lettuce and spoon some of the noodle mixture onto it.
  9. Fold the bottom of the wrap up, then fold the sides in and roll it up like a burrito.
  10. Repeat with the remaining wraps and noodle mixture.
  11. Serve your delicious IRVINS salted egg noodle wraps and enjoy!
